Also known as “CIUDAD CONDAL” and hence our name, Barcelona invites you to stroll through its charming streets full of history and art and to discover its many monuments and attractions.
You can enjoy our beaches, both those of Barcelona and those of nearby towns such as Sitges, Castelldefels, Caldetas, Blanes, etc… less than an hour away by train, which you can take at the “Paseo de Gracia” suburban train station. or “Plaza de Catalunya”. And move or plan visits to both the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada of Catalonia.
You can even go skiing during the day, during the season, at the Catalan stations by local train.

We have Antoni Gaudi, an international level architectural artist, who dedicated his years to filling the city with life and magic with emblematic works of art such as the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, these three can be visited just a few minutes away walk from our accommodation and the surprising Park Güell, which you can approach with a bus, which you can take right here, on Paseo de Gracia.
HISTORICAL BUILDING “Casa Àngel Batlló”:
We are in a historic building, protected by Heritage of the City of Barcelona. Building known as “Casa Àngel Batlló” completed in 1896, whose architect José Vilaseca y Casanovas (also architect of the famous Arc de Triomphe in Barcelona), a representative of Spanish pre-modernism, was commissioned by the Batlló family. These are 3 buildings joined by the same façade, unifying it as a single House, with entrances on Calle Mallorca 253, 255 and 257. Our Reception is located at the entrance to 255, on the Main floor.
NEARBY CONCERTED ECONOMIC PARKING
At this point, you will understand that, due to our location, the square meter is one of the most expensive in the city, so finding a parking space for your car in this area can be complicated if you want to something cheap, we have a nearby garage arranged at an agreed price for our clients, very economical. We cannot reserve places in advance, but you can make your request by email, to have everything ready for your arrival, if there is availability. We will give you a voucher, with the agreed price, so that the special rate is applied. The establishment is exonerated from all responsibility for what may happen in the Parking, during its use. CHILDREN POLICY
We are family, and we love families and children. But due to establishment policy, and to guarantee the rest of all our guests, we only accept children from 7 years old. As it is a small establishment, by establishment policy, all children will be considered as adults, for the purposes of room occupancy.
